Landlord dashboard for sublease-approved property listings

Zi-Find opened up to the supply side. Property owners could now create their own accounts, access a landlord dashboard, and list their properties directly.

This mattered for two kinds of landlords. First, landlords with short-term-rental-approved property — owners comfortable with an operator running an Airbnb or vacation rental on a master lease or sublease. Second, landlords open to mid-term rental and corporate housing — 30+ day furnished stays for traveling professionals, relocations, and insurance placements, which many owners prefer for the stability.

Until this point, Zi-Find was a one-sided tool for operators. Adding the landlord side was the first real step toward the two-sided marketplace we run today — a home for sublease-approved landlords, not just the operators looking for them.
