Yes. Property owners list for free. Zi-Find earns from operator subscriptions, not from owners.
Yes. Once your first property is approved, you'll get a personal referral code. When someone signs up with it and lists their first property, you earn free listing credits you can spend on additional units later.
You decide what you're open to. Some owners allow Airbnb-style short-term rental. Others only allow mid-term (30+ day) stays. You set the rules, we match accordingly.
Every operator on Zi-Find is a paying subscriber. We require proof of business, ID verification, and an operating plan before they can submit inquiries. You can also request additional documentation on any inquiry before signing.
A standard 12-month residential lease with a written sublease addendum. The operator signs the lease, pays rent monthly, and is responsible for the unit. Most owners require the operator to carry short-term rental insurance.
