Subscription self-service

Billing grew up. Members could now manage payment methods, switch plans, start trials, and cancel entirely on their own — no support ticket required.

Plan changes synced automatically, so what a customer saw always matched what they were billed. We also added a short feedback step at cancellation, so we could learn why people left and fix the real problems.

The result was a paid experience that felt fair and transparent: easy to start, easy to change, and easy to leave if it wasn't working.
