Before a listing goes live, we confirm the property is genuinely sublease-approved — usually written permission from the owner or landlord to sublease or operate a short-term or mid-term rental. Listings that can't be verified don't get published.

We check for duplicates at submission time. If the property is already listed by the owner directly or by another Finder, your submission will be blocked with an explanation. First verified submission wins — there are no competing listings for the same address.

Your transaction fee is released after an operator transfers the deal and the lease closes. There's nothing to collect on inquiries or listings alone — payout happens once the deal is done.
