Before a listing goes live, we confirm the property is genuinely sublease-approved — usually written permission from the owner or landlord to sublease or operate a short-term or mid-term rental. Listings that can't be verified don't get published.
We check for duplicates at submission time. If the property is already listed by the owner directly or by another Finder, your submission will be blocked with an explanation. First verified submission wins — there are no competing listings for the same address.
You collect your finder fee or transfer fee directly from the operator at deal close. Zi-Find takes no transaction cut. In-platform payment processing via Stripe Connect is coming in a future release.
