Is Zi-Find free for landlords and property owners?

Yes. Listing your property on Zi-Find costs a landlord nothing. There is no listing fee, no commission, and Zi-Find never takes a share of your rent or your lease.

Who pays, then?

Zi-Find is a marketplace for sublease-approved properties — rentals where the owner has agreed in writing that the tenant may sublease, for example as a short-term rental, a mid-term rental for travel nurses or corporate guests, or a co-hosted unit.

The people looking for those properties are operators: short- and mid-term rental hosts who pay Zi-Find a flat subscription for access to the marketplace. That subscription is how Zi-Find is funded. It is a flat monthly or annual fee, and it is never tied to whether a lease gets signed.

So the owner side is free on purpose. The more good properties are listed, the more useful the marketplace is to the operators who pay for it.

What a free owner account includes

When you sign up as an owner (the card that reads I own a property and want to list it), you get an owner workspace with:

• Add a property — a short form to list your rental.
• My Properties — every property you have added, with its status (In review, Live on marketplace, Changes requested, Withdrawn) and what is still missing.
• Messages — where operators reach you and where you reply.
• Account — your personal details.

Zi-Find is not a broker

Zi-Find is not a real estate brokerage and does not represent you or the operator. When an operator contacts you, you talk to them directly, you decide whether to work with them, and any lease is between you and them. No money between you and an operator passes through Zi-Find.

• Your sign-in works by email link. You don't need to set a password.
