Realtor plans: free listing vs. Finder Pro
Realtors on Zi-Find start free with one active listing. Finder Pro — shown in your account as Realtor Pro — is $97 a month and gives you unlimited listings and contact sharing in conversations.

Your Dashboard shows your plan at the top: 1 free listing or Unlimited listings.
How the free limit counts
The free plan allows one listing that is live (or waiting) at a time. A listing you've taken down doesn't count, so you can take one down and publish another. If you try to publish a second while one is live, you'll see a message that the free tier allows 1 active listing.
Upgrading
- Go to Account → Billing.
- On your plan card, press Upgrade to Pro.
- Complete checkout.
Your listing limit lifts as soon as the subscription is active.
Canceling
From the same Billing tab you can cancel. See Canceling your subscription. If you go back to free with more than one live listing, existing listings aren't deleted, but you won't be able to publish another until you're under the limit.
Good to know
- Zi-Find's fee is a flat subscription. It is never a share of rent, a lease, or your commission.
- Zi-Find pays licensees nothing for listings or invitations.
- Prices shown are current as of the date on this article; the price at checkout is the one that applies.
