Inviting owners and other agents to Zi-Find

Under Invite network you'll find a personal link to share with property owners, other agents, and finders. It helps them list sublease-approved properties on Zi-Find — which grows the inventory operators browse. Zi-Find pays licensees no cash, credits, fee rebates, or other compensation for invites.

How to share your link

1. Click Invite network in the sidebar.
2. Copy Your invite link.
3. Send it to owners or agents you think would benefit.

When they sign up and list, the marketplace grows. That's the whole arrangement — there's no referral fee.

When to invite an owner instead of listing for them

Sometimes it's simpler for your client to list the property themselves:

• Owners list free. There's no fee and no commission. See Is Zi-Find free for landlords?
• The owner becomes the contact. Operators message the owner directly.
• Owner listings are reviewed first, usually within 24 to 72 hours, before they go live.

Before you share

Check your brokerage's policy on recommending platforms to clients. The invite link is a courtesy, not a referral-fee arrangement, and the page says so in its compliance note.

Good to know

• You don't see earnings or credit totals on the invite page — realtor invites carry no compensation by design.
• Your invite link becomes available once your first listing is approved; until then the page prompts you to list a property first.

FAQ

Will I be told when someone I invited signs up?

The realtor version of the invite page doesn't show referral stats or credit balances, because invites carry no compensation for licensees.

Can I invite a finder who sources properties without a license?

Yes. Your link works for owners, agents, and finders alike. Each person chooses their own role when they sign up.

Is my client charged anything if they list through my link?

No. Owners list free on Zi-Find, and Zi-Find takes no cut of any lease or rent.
