What is Zi-Find University?

Zi-Find University is the course library inside your Zi-Find account. It holds video and audio lessons, handouts, workshop replays and a recommended order to work through them, so you can learn the business at your own pace in the same place you work.

Where to find it

Click University in your sidebar. Finders see it in the Money & learning group; Builder accounts see it in the Builder section.

University only appears in your sidebar when your account includes at least one course. If you do not see it, nothing you hold opens a course yet.

What is on the page

• Continue learning — a banner at the top that jumps you back into the course you were last watching, at the next lesson.
• Your path — when your role has a recommended order, courses are grouped into phases with the ones to Focus on these now first. Complete each step to unlock the next.
• My library — every course you can open, each as a card with your progress.
• Certification — for members who have been offered it, a card showing what is left to earn the credential.

What a course looks like

Open a course to see its lesson list on one side and the player on the other. Lessons can be a video, an audio recording or a PDF handout, and some link to related lessons in other courses. Your progress fills in as you go. Some courses end with a short quiz.

Who it is for

University is part of what certain Zi-Find plans and programs include — for example Finder Pro+ members, Finder Program members and Builder accounts each get courses suited to them. Which courses you see depends on exactly what your account includes. See Which courses you can access.

• University teaches how the work is done. It is not legal advice. Lease terms, building rules and short-term rental rules vary, so always check your lease, local rules and a licensed professional.
• New courses appear in your library automatically as they are published, if your account includes them.
• Old links to the University's previous address still work and send you to the right place.
