Your client site, brand and domain

3 min read · Updated 2026-10-19

On Finder Pro+, everything your clients see — your site, your flows, your client marketplace — carries your name, logo and colours. Zi-Find doesn't appear on those pages. You also get a free web address with your brand on it, and you can switch to your own domain whenever you like.

Set your brand

  1. Open Studio and go to the Brand tab (or Account → Brand). Both edit the same brand, so you only enter it once.
  2. Upload your Logo. It uploads immediately. PNG, JPG or WEBP, up to 5MB.
  3. Enter your Business name, Brand colour, Support email and Support phone. These show to your clients.
  4. Optionally fill in the lines shown Above the agreement, Below the agreement and Under the price — what your client sees on the agreement they sign and the step where they pay. Leave them blank to show nothing.
  5. Watch the preview on the right. It updates as you type.
  6. Save. The page says Everything is saved when it's done.

To change your site's colours and fonts, use Your colours and fonts on the Studio Brand tab, or click Use on a preset (Signature Gold, Deep Green, Oxford Navy, Burnt Clay or Graphite) and adjust it afterwards. If your site is already published, the change shows straight away.

Publish your site

  1. Open Studio → Sites.
  2. Under Your site, check your logo. If you haven't set one, client pages show your business name instead.
  3. The page tells you whether your site is published or still a draft ("nobody can see it yet").
  4. Click Publish (or Republish after changes).

Don't have a site yet? Use a kit in Studio — it creates one as a draft. See Studio and kits.

Your free address

Every Pro+ account gets a free address in the form yourbusiness.subleaseapprovedproperties.com. It works straight away and carries your brand, so clients never see a Zi-Find link.

  • You can rename it at any time. Your old address forwards to the new one.
  • Next to Shows, choose what it opens: Your site, Your default flow, or a specific flow.
  • When you add your own domain, links on the free address keep working.

Connect your own domain

  1. In Studio → Sites, under Custom domain, type your domain (for example, go.yourbrand.com) and click Add domain.
  2. The page shows the DNS records to add. Pick where you bought the domain to see that provider's exact screens and field names. If you're not sure, sign in where you pay for the domain each year and look for "DNS", "DNS Records", "Manage DNS" or "Advanced DNS".
  3. Add each record: choose the Type, put the name in the box called Name or Host, and the value in the box called Value, Data or Target.
  4. Back in Studio, click Verify. DNS changes can take from a few minutes to a few hours.
  5. Choose whether the domain shows Your site or Your default flow.

What the domain status means

  • Waiting for DNS records — we can't see your records yet. Check them and press Verify again.
  • Verified · we're connecting it on our side — your part is done. The last step happens on our side.
  • Connected — the domain is live, and everything your clients use moves to it automatically.

Good to know

  • Buying a domain: the page has a tip on where to get one if you don't have one yet.
  • Your client emails also need to come from your own domain. That's a separate step. See Connect your own email.
  • Your site's words are written as your own service. If you change them, you are responsible for what they say about your business.
