Build and publish your client flow
A flow is the link you send a client. It walks them through your steps in order — your questions, your agreement, your payment, and access to your client marketplace — all under your brand. Each published flow gets its own link.
Start a flow
The quickest way is from a template:
- Open Studio → Flows.
- Pick a template and click Use this flow. It's added as a draft.
- Note the You fill in line — the parts only you can supply, like your price or booking link.
To build from a blank flow instead, open Edit flows from the top of Studio and click New flow, then choose to build every step yourself.
The steps you can add
In the flow editor, each step is a block:
- Website intro — what you offer and your price.
- Form — the questions you ask (name, email, phone, city, budget and so on).
- Agreement — your service agreement. The client signs by typing their name.
- Invoice — your fee, shown read-only to the client.
- Payment — card payment into your Stripe account, one-time or monthly.
- Calendar booking — a step that sends them to your booking link to pick a time.
- Video and Checklist — explain or prepare.
- Marketplace access — opens your client marketplace once their payment is recorded.
- Vendor listing — lists a service pro (a cleaner, for example) on your marketplace once they've paid.
- Redirect — sends them to your own thank-you page.
Order matters. For Marketplace access to work, a Payment step has to come before it. The templates are already in the right order.
Your agreements
The agreement step is what your client signs. To draft and manage the agreements themselves, open Studio → Flows and click Your agreements. Agreements are between you and your client — Zi-Find is not a party to them.
Publish and share
- Fill in every required part (your price, your wording, your links).
- Publish the flow in the editor.
- Copy the client link from your flows list (Copy client link) and send it.
Your free branded address or your own domain can open your default flow directly. See Your client site, brand and domain.
What happens when someone goes through it
- They appear in your client list and in Contacts, with what they filled in on their timeline.
- A card opens for them on your Placements board.
- They get your automatic emails — after they fill in your form (if you switch that one on), after they sign, and after they pay. See Your client emails.
Good to know
- Payment steps need your Stripe connected. See Get paid by your clients.
- Client emails only go out from your own email. Until it's connected, a client who signs gets no copy of their agreement and a client who pays gets no marketplace sign-in. See Connect your own email.
- Agreement wording is yours. For anything legal, have a licensed professional review it.
