Find a co-host, vendor or finder for your rental

Running rentals takes a team. The Services group in your sidebar has three directories: Find a co-host, Find a vendor, and Find a finder. Each lets you search by market and reach out to the people who work there.

Find a co-host

Co-hosts manage short-term rental properties for you: guests, turnovers, pricing and the day-to-day.

1. Click Find a co-host under Services.
2. Type a market in Filter by market, for example "Dallas, TX".
3. Browse the cards. Each shows the co-host's headline, the markets they cover, how many properties they manage, and their main services.
4. Click a card to open their profile and get in touch.

If you see "No co-hosts in this market yet", we are still onboarding co-hosts there. Check back, or let us know the market you need covered.

Find a vendor

Cleaners, photographers, handymen and other service pros who work with short-term rental hosts.

1. Click Find a vendor under Services.
2. Enter a Market (for example "Dallas") and a Service (for example cleaning or photography).
3. Open a vendor's profile to contact them directly.

Some vendors have joined the waitlist but have not built a profile yet. Their card shows what they offer and where, with a Request intro button. Click it and Zi-Find connects you; the card then reads "Request sent — we'll connect you".

The vendor directory is new. If your market is empty, use Refer a vendor to invite the pros you already trust.

Find a finder

Finders source sublease-approved properties. Use Find a finder to search finders by market and contact one who works the area you want. You can also let the whole finder network know what you need with Tell us what you're looking for.

Good to know

• Any fee for a co-host, vendor or finder is agreed directly between you and them. Zi-Find takes no cut and no money passes through us.
• Check references, insurance and any licences a service needs in your area before you hire.
• Co-hosting and subleasing are different arrangements with different paperwork. Make sure your lease and the owner's approval cover how you plan to operate.

Is the directory included in my plan?

Yes. The vendor and co-host marketplaces are part of Pro Host and Elite Host.
