Creating your Zi-Find account

To create a Zi-Find account, go to the signup page, answer What brought you here? by picking your path, and follow the steps. Free accounts are activated by a confirmation link we email you. Operator accounts are created when your first payment goes through.

Free accounts: finder, realtor, owner, co-host or vendor

1. Open the signup page and pick the card that fits you:
   • I find sublease-approved properties — or I'm transferring my own lease (finder)
   • I'm a licensed agent or broker (realtor)
   • I own a property and want to list it (owner)
   • I co-host short-term rentals (co-host)
   • I provide services to short-term rental hosts (vendor)
2. Finders and realtors are asked one more question: whether you already have a property to list. Your answer decides where you land after confirming.
3. Fill in your name, email and a password of at least 8 characters, then click the create button. It names your role, for example Create Finder account.
4. You will see Check your email to activate. Open the email from Zi-Find and click the confirmation link.
5. The link signs you in and opens your account. Owners land on their dashboard, finders and realtors with a property go straight to listing it, and co-hosts and vendors start on their profile.

Nothing is set up until you click that link. Until then the account cannot sign in, and you will not get any other email from us. The link works once and expires in 7 days.

Operator accounts

Operators choose a paid plan, so the account is created at checkout.

1. Pick I'm looking for sublease-approved properties on the signup page, or choose Pro Host or Elite Host on the pricing page.
2. You go to a secure Stripe checkout. Enter your email and card.
3. When the payment succeeds you see You're in. and we sign you in automatically.
4. If the automatic sign-in does not finish, we email you a sign-in link instead. Click it to land on your dashboard.

Your account is only activated once the payment actually clears. If a card is declined, no usable account is created.

Already have an account and want another role?

You do not need a second account. Sign in and open More on Zi-Find in the sidebar. Free roles (finder, owner, co-host, vendor) can be added in one click. Paid plans open checkout while you are signed in, so the subscription attaches to the account you already have.

Good to know

• One email address can only hold one account. If signup says The email has already been taken, sign in instead, or use Email me a login link on the sign-in page.
• Realtors are asked whether they are an agent or a broker.
• If you signed up through a coach or partner link, your access may already be set up for you. Sign in with the email you gave them.

FAQ

I never got the confirmation email. What now?

Check spam and promotions folders first, and search your inbox for "Zi-Find". See Not receiving emails. An account that is never confirmed is removed automatically after about a week, after which you can sign up again with the same email.

Can I sign up without a password?

The signup form asks for one, but you never have to use it. You can always sign in with an emailed login link instead.

I paid but I am not signed in.

Go to the sign-in page and click Email me a login link using the email you entered at checkout.
