Free vs Finder Pro: what each finder plan includes
Finding on Zi-Find is free to start. The free account lets you list one property, track prospects and claim bounties Zi-Find pays for. Finder Pro ($97/month) raises your listing limit, adds lease-transfer listings and contact sharing, and lets you claim operator-funded bounties. Finder Pro+ ($297/month) is for finders who want unlimited listings, unlimited operator demand and their own branded business tools.
Side by side
Free
- 1 active listing at a time (referring another finder can earn you listing credits).
- Deal Toolset: a free prospecting tracker.
- Messaging with operators. Sharing phone numbers, emails or links in a message needs a contact-enabled plan on one side of the conversation.
- Operator demand: new requests open to you a couple of days after they post, and you get a small number of free connections each month. The counter at the top of the page shows how many you have used.
- Bounties marked Paid by Zi-Find: claim them with no plan and no credits.
- A public deal-finder profile, if you switch it on.
Finder Pro — $97/month
- Up to 7 listings posted at a time. Drafts and listings waiting on review count toward the 7.
- Lease transfer listings (handing an existing lease to an operator).
- Share contact details and links freely in messages.
- Claim and reveal operator-funded bounties, not just the ones Zi-Find pays for.
- See new operator demand the day it lands, and work a set number of requests each month (reaching out or routing a find). Your monthly allowance is never smaller than the free plan's, and there is no waiting period on new requests.
Finder Pro+ — $297/month
- Everything in Finder Pro.
- Unlimited listings.
- Work unlimited operator demand.
- Your finds promoted to a bigger audience (homepage, newsletter and social), with control over the channels.
- White-label tools to run your own finder business: site, client flows, placements board, contacts, inbox and automations. See What Finder Pro+ includes.
What no plan includes: the board
The Paid by Zi-Find board, where Zi-Find pays a posted rate per property that clears review, is a separate seat. It is not part of Free, Finder Pro or Finder Pro+. Anyone can open the board and see the markets and rates; submitting a property needs a seat, and seats are set up on a short call. See Submitting a property to the board.
How to upgrade
- Open Account in the sidebar, or press any upgrade button you meet in the app (for example Unlock with Finder Pro on the bounties lane).
- Pick the plan and pay through Stripe checkout.
- You come straight back to the page you were on, with the new limits applied.
Good to know
- Plans are flat monthly subscriptions. None of them takes a cut of a deal, a fee or rent.
- If you are at your listing limit, removing a listing frees a slot. On Finder Pro the limit is counted on listings that are posted, drafted or in review.
- Finder Pro and Pro+ do not come with a free trial.
- Canceling or changing a plan: see the Billing section of the help center, or sign in and open Help.
How much operator demand can I work on Finder Pro?
A set number of requests each month, at least as many as the free plan, starting the day each request posts. Reaching out on a request, or routing a property to it, counts as working it, and going back to a request you already worked this month is free. When you reach the limit, the message on screen tells you when it resets. Finder Pro+ has no monthly limit.
Can I try paid bounties without paying?
Yes. Anything marked Paid by Zi-Find on the bounties lane is open to every finder: no plan, no credits.
