Opportunities: everything operators want found, in one place

2 min read · Updated 2026-10-19

Opportunities is the page in your sidebar that collects everything somebody is paying to have found. It is split into lanes across the top: Operator submissions, Operator demand, Paid by Zi-Find, and Confirm a link. Each lane is a different kind of work with its own rules.

The lanes

Operator submissions

Specific properties an operator has asked to have sublease-approved. You claim one, work the owner, and secure it by being first to submit the property with the owner's details. Claiming is free and open — several finders can race the same property.

  • Bounties marked Paid by Zi-Find are open to every finder, with no plan and no credits.
  • Operator-funded bounties need Finder Pro to claim.

Use All bounties to browse and My bounties to see what you have claimed. See Claiming and securing a bounty.

Operator demand

Live requests from operators describing what they want: city, size, budget. Multiple finders can work the same request, and working one never removes it. You can reach out to the operator or route one of your listings to them. See Working operator demand.

Paid by Zi-Find

The board. Markets where Zi-Find pays a posted, flat rate for each property that clears review. You never deal with an operator here: the property lists under the owner's details. Anyone can see the markets and rates; submitting needs a board seat. See Submitting a property to the board.

Confirm a link

A lane for sending a promising listing link without owner approval. It shows Not open yet — nothing can be submitted there today.

Getting there

  • Desktop: Opportunities in the sidebar, under Work.
  • Phone: the More menu.
  • Older links to the operator demand page still work and land on the Operator demand lane.

Good to know

  • Nothing on this page is paid as a commission or tied to a lease being signed. Rates and fees are flat.
  • Money never moves through Zi-Find. A board payout is paid to you directly when you send your invoice; any operator fee is settled between you and the operator.
  • A lane that cannot load says so and offers Try again — an error is never shown as an empty board.

Which lane should I start with?

If you are new, start with bounties marked Paid by Zi-Find on the Operator submissions lane. They cost nothing to claim, give you more time to work them, and teach the owner conversation.
