Managing your realtor listings: photos, details, preview, and removal

Everything about a listing you've published is managed from My Listings. Click any listing to open Manage listing, where you can add photos, update details, preview it, and take it down.

Read your listings at a glance

Each row on My Listings shows:

• The cover photo (or a placeholder if there isn't one yet).
• Address, city, and rent.
• Views — refreshed once a day.
• Inquiries — how many operators have messaged you about it.
• Photo count, and a reminder if photos or rent are still missing.
• The status: Live, or Taken down if you removed it.

Add and reorder photos

1. Open the listing.
2. In Photos, choose images to upload. JPG, PNG, and iPhone HEIC photos work.
3. Drag photos into order. The first photo is the cover operators see in search.
4. Upload, then press Save changes to keep a new order for photos already on the listing.

You can delete a photo from the same section. Deleting is immediate.

Update the details

Under Listing details, edit city, ZIP, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, Monthly rent ($), Live listing link (optional), Description, and the Show the full street address switch. Press Save changes.

The Street address is read-only. If it's wrong, remove the listing and add it again.

Preview as an operator

While the listing is active, press Preview listing to open it exactly as operators see it.

Take a listing down

At the bottom of the page, press Remove listing. Before anything happens, we tell you what removing will do:

• If no operator has enquired, the listing and its photos are deleted for good (Delete it).
• If an operator has messaged you about it, it's taken down instead (Take it down): it leaves the marketplace immediately, but the record stays so your conversation keeps its context.

The server decides which applies at the moment you confirm, so if an inquiry arrives while the dialog is open, you get the safer option.

Put it back up

A taken-down listing shows This listing is taken down. If it's available again, press Put it back up — details and photos are all still there. Editing is locked while a listing is down.

Keep it current

Every two weeks we email to ask whether each active listing is still available. Two unanswered check-ins in a row pause the listing until you relist it. See The "still available?" emails. You can switch these emails off under Account → Notifications → Is it still available?, which also stops pausing.

Good to know

• A listing that's part of a completed deal stays on the record and can't be removed here. Use Help or the chat bubble if something about it is wrong.
• A taken-down listing no longer counts as active toward a free plan's one-listing limit.
