Zi-Find refund policy

Zi-Find purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep access until then and are not charged again.

This summary reflects the Subscriptions section of the Zi-Find Terms of Service. If anything here differs from the Terms, the Terms apply.

What the Terms say

• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annual depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel. By subscribing you agree to recurring charges to your payment method.
• Non-refundable. All purchases are non-refundable.
• Cancel any time. You can cancel by signing in to your account.
• End of term. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
• Fee changes. Subscription prices may change from time to time, and we communicate price changes as required by law.

What that means in practice

• If you cancel halfway through a month, you keep full access for the rest of that month and are not charged the next month.
• If you cancel an annual plan, you keep access until the end of the year you paid for. Unused months are not refunded.
• Upgrades are charged the prorated difference at the time you upgrade. That charge is part of your subscription and follows the same policy.
• If a renewal you did not want has just gone through, cancel straight away so it does not renew again, and then contact us through Help to talk it over.

Before you cancel, consider a pause

If cost or timing is the problem, the cancel flow may offer a 60-day pause with no charges, or a discount on upcoming invoices. See Cancelling or pausing your subscription.

How to reach us about a charge

Sign in and open Help, or use the chat bubble in the bottom corner. Include the date and amount of the charge, which you can find under Account, then Billing, in Billing history.

Good to know

• Card payments are processed by Stripe.
• Your Billing history shows the status of every charge, including any marked Refunded.
• Zi-Find fees are subscription fees only. We never charge a fee on a deal or on rent, so there is nothing to refund on that side.

FAQ

Can I get a refund if I forgot to cancel?

Purchases are non-refundable under the Terms. Cancel now to stop the next renewal, then contact us through Help if you want to discuss your situation.

Do I lose access the moment I cancel?

No. A standard cancellation keeps your access until the end of the period you paid for. The one exception is when your last payment failed: then there is no paid period left and the cancellation is immediate.
