How to edit, add photos to, or remove your property listing
Open My Properties and click the property. That opens Manage property, where you can add and reorder photos, update the details, preview the listing, and remove it.
Add or reorder photos
- Go to My Properties and click the property card.
- In Photos, tap Tap to add photos and choose images from your phone or computer. JPG, PNG, WebP, and iPhone HEIC photos are accepted, up to 15 MB each.
- Drag the photos into the order you want. The first photo is your cover — it's what operators see in search.
- Press Upload to send them.
Photos you already uploaded appear above. Drag them to reorder (the new order saves with Save changes), or remove one with its delete control. Deleting a photo is immediate and can't be undone.
Large phone photos are shrunk in your browser before uploading, so a big batch goes faster. If a batch times out, the photos already shown as uploaded are saved — press upload again to send the rest.
Update the details
Under Property details you can change the City, ZIP, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Sq ft, Monthly rent ($), an optional Live listing link (Airbnb, etc.), and What you want operators to know. Press Save changes. You'll see Saved when it's done.
The Street address is shown but can't be changed. It's how we keep two listings off the same property. If the address is wrong, remove the listing and add the property again at the right address.
See it the way an operator does
When the listing is live, press Preview listing at the top of the page. It opens your listing as operators see it.
Remove a listing
At the bottom of the page, under Remove this property, press Remove listing. Before anything happens, we tell you exactly what removing will do — and it depends on whether anyone has asked about the property:
- Nobody has enquired: the listing and its photos are deleted for good. The button reads Delete it.
- An operator has messaged you about it: the listing is taken down instead. It leaves the marketplace right away and nobody new can find it, but your conversation keeps its history. The button reads Take it down.
Put a listing back up
A taken-down listing shows This listing is taken down on its page. If the property is available again, press Put it back up. All your details and photos are still there.
Good to know
- Every two weeks we email to ask whether your property is still available. See The "still available?" emails.
- A listing that is part of a completed deal stays on the record and can't be removed from this page. Use Help or the chat bubble if something about it is wrong.
- Withdrawn listings can't be edited until you put them back up.
- You can list more than one property. Each one has its own page in My Properties.
My listing says "Changes requested." What do I do?
Read the note on the card in My Properties, fix what it asks for on the Manage property page, and press Save changes.
